Open Orkut On Firewalled Netgear I Cant Open The Orkut Site?

I cant open the orkut site? - open orkut on firewalled netgear

orkut.com is blocked somehow on my PC. I have access to all sites except orkut.this problem for 2 months. The message "page can not be displayed" appears when you said this site.once also access error 404 Somebody has blocked the site in any way in my system. I tried in Internet Options, Firewall, but no help. Plzzz help ..... thanx
