Rape is the healthiest for frying.

I left only, the fryer, so I'll know very soon. Otherwise you can) into the bottle (after cooling down, or save a Tupperware container for the next backup.

You can save not always though. If not, I will not be reused in a few weeks, as a rule, and fresh next time.

Canola Information:
Canola oil has been asked to be healthy, the fat because of their low or no saturated fat and a height of almost 60% monounsaturated fat and oil content of omega-3-acid profile of advantage. The Canola Council of Canada says it is completely safe and is the healthiest of all oils used for cooking.

I think the oil into another vessel, once used, unless the fish had too much spice, is olive oil I use in general, but I've heard of rape too healthy I like the taste

Use peanut oil. He is healthy and really brown / chips very well. Rapeseed oil makes the food moist / not crisp. "Extra Light" olive oil is the only pan; Classico / Extra Virgin are for other things. It is rape a little clearer, but not as good as peanut oil. But you can of oil if the potatoes are just. I do not know why, but it's true, I pour a cup of coffee in the sink and cooking oil then re-use. In this way, if you spill in the sink and not the entire town. You can do it hot, but be careful. Maybe I should wait until it cools and unless the need for immediate Pan.

Peanut oil is the best, no trans fatty acids.
The oil can be reused, but it will become rancid if stored too long.

Peanut oil is good. It is canola oil. The oils can be reused several times usually pass through a paper towel or coffee filter. Not with oil, but not used. Store in a separate container.
